Description of the change and reason(s) for the request:
10 Increase building envelope size at pads A, E I F to accommodate roof overhangs and other
architectural elements (eg: bank drive -through, bridge elements, etc.). These building envelope increases
will not increase overall building coverage. 112) Provide for temporary bank facility for Poudre Valley
Bank on pad 'B' while permanent building is under construction on pad T. Temporary facilities are to be
occupied from approximately August 1, 1996, til no later than July 31, 1998. I3) At building elevations,
change roof material from 'metal roof' to 'concrete tile roof'.
