Dear Mr. O'Neal:
Per your request, we have prepared a Replat Finish Grade Plan for the above referenced replat. In
preparing this plan we reviewed the original Overlot Grading Plan II for Richard's Lake P.U.D.,
Filing 1, from Inter -Mountain Engineering Ltd., Project Number 950178E, dated July 17, 2000. We
also reviewed topographic data of the site provided by Intermill Land Surveying, Inc., and field
verified adjacent existing conditions.
Based on the above referenced information, we determined the Top ofFoundation (TOF) elevations,
high points for the grade breaks, and flow fines/slopes for the proposed lots_ The proposed finish
grades are consistent with existing conditions and allow all drainage to function as it was designed
in the original development. Since the replat reduces the density of the site from 4 lots to 3 lots, there
is no negative impact on the drainage infrastructure or design flows of the original development.
The recommendations and conclusions presented in this letter and the referenced plan are based on
your directions, and the referenced plans/mformation. Our review was limited to the items described
in this letter, and is not intended to cover structural, mechanical, electrical, environmental, mold or
architectural features of the buildings and/or site. Any discrepancies or deficiencies revealed during
construction should be brought to the attention of the engineer. Thank you for the opportunity to
