O.K. 3. A bus pick up shelter currently exists north of the adjacent Ridgewood Hills development on Trilby Road for the students from this proposed development. 4. a. A 15' utility easement should accommodate the new gas line with this filing. Any necessary easements will be provided with future filings south to County Road 32. b. A note with this statement is on the Landscape Plan. Refer to Note #2 C. These easements will be shown on the Final Plat. The corrections and additions requested by TCI will be made on both the Plat and the Site Plan. 6. Strasburg Drive connects into the Ridgewood Hills Second Filing and will be built with the first phase. Triangle Drive is proposed to continue west to Avondale Drive as future Ridgewood Hills filings occur. a. The phasing lines have been made darker on the Landscape Plan. b. The north arrow has been fixed. C. The name `Shenandoah" came form the developer, however, the land it sits on was previously an Arabian horse farm. At the former owner's request, we were asked to name the streets after some of their famous champion horses, which led to the interesting Arabian -sounding names. d. The correct acreage is 6.149 acres for all of Tract E. g. The square footage will be shown on each lot on the Final Plat. h. A note is already on the Landscape Plan. Refer to Note #5 8.
