6. Comment: The warrants for the center median in South College Avenue are
based on the need for a northbound left turn lane into the
Shenandoah development. The northbound left turn lane has
preempted the ability to provide a southbound left turn lane into
Victoria Estates.
7. Question: Victoria Estates gets irrigation water from the ditch across this
property. Will construction of this development affect delivery of our
water?
Answer: We still have to work out how the water conveyance is going to work
but delivery of your water cannot be adversely affected.
8. Question: If you get final approval from the Planning and Zoning Board in
March, when will the project start?
Answer: Earthwork could begin this Spring, 1997, and actual construction of
the project would begin this Summer.

March 6, 1997
Vaught -Frye Architects -
Represented by Cathy Mathis
Steve Olt, City Planner4op
The following comments, questions, and answers were expressed at a "follow-up"
neighborhood meeting for the Shenandoah PUD, First Filing - Final plan. This meeting was
held at the applicant's request for the purpose of updating the neighborhood on the status
of the development proposal.
1. Question: What is the residential density of this project?
Answer: 111 dwelling units on 31.7 acres = 3.5 dwelling units per acre.
2. Question: Will the median in South College Avenue be painted or concrete?
Answer: It will be raised concrete.
3. Question: Will we be able to make a southbound left turn into Victoria Drive from
South College Avenue?
Answer: No, the raised median will preclude that movement.
4. Question: When will the South College Avenue and County Road 32 intersection
be signalized?
Answer: The funding is available. The signal will probably be installed in the
Spring of 1997.
5. Question: Will the City install the light?
Answer: Probably, yes, it will be installed by the City.
