Comment: The warrants for the center median in South College Avenue are based on the need for a northbound left turn lane into the Shenandoah development. The northbound left turn lane has preempted the ability to provide a southbound left turn lane into Victoria Estates. 7. Question: Victoria Estates gets irrigation water from the ditch across this property. Will construction of this development affect delivery of our water? Answer: We still have to work out how the water conveyance is going to work but delivery of your water cannot be adversely affected. 8. Question: If you get final approval from the Planning and Zoning Board in March, when will the project start? Answer: Earthwork could begin this Spring, 1997, and actual construction of the project would begin this Summer. s City of Fort Collins PROJECT: DATE: APPLICANT: STAFF Commui.Lty Planning and Environmental services Current Planning NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING MINUTES Shenandoah PUD March 6, 1997 Vaught -Frye Architects - Represented by Cathy Mathis Steve Olt, City Planner4op The following comments, questions, and answers were expressed at a "follow-up" neighborhood meeting for the Shenandoah PUD, First Filing - Final plan.
