The "Poudre Valley Plaza 0 (0 Site Access Study" was prepared and submitted in June 1995. > a o Table 1 shows the trip generation from the cited study. The = reference for this information is Trig Generation. 5th Edition, ITE. z Table 2 shows the trip generation for known and expected uses for C7 Poudre Valley Plaza as of this date. The reference for this N a information is Trig GeneraLJjQn. 6t11 Edition, ITE. The trip Ngeneration from Table 2 is higher than in Table 1 by the following: 536 daily trip ends, 12 morning peak hour trip ends, and 69 afternoon peak hour trip ends. The comparison is conservative, in that some of the restaurants may not be open in the morning peak hour. Also, some retail and restaurant trips will. be passby trips, which do not add new trips to the adjacent. 8tr.eet.s.
