Dear Steve,
'this is to clarify the access easement issue between Mason Street North LLC and 230 Cherry
Street property. As you may know, Mason Street North LLC has acquired an easement for a
small piece of land in triangular shape at the SE corner of Mason Street North, which
provided back tip space for the westernmost garage. This easement hasn't been recorded.
After our discussions with Al Hauser, however, we have decided to modify our garage layout
to accommodate their need to use this area for the arcade of their building. We shall
eliminate the easement and modify our plans in our final submittal.
