[7/14/04] Some of the striping/signing was not provided as redlined by Eric Bracke (Traffic
Ops). Please see redlines and revise. If you have questions regarding his redlines, please
give him a call.
[6/22/04] More information is still needed regarding striping on Cherry for the length of the
block.
(4/26/04] The north bike lane stripe is missing, and more information regarding striping
should be shown to address the addition of the median and changes to the left turn lane
west of the median.
Original comment:
Please show striping on Cherry Street. (repeat)

[4/26/04] Please provide copies of completed RR agreements to the City prior to Mylars
(being released by the City).
Original comment:
Any work done within the RR ROW/easement requires approval by the railroad. Please

[7/19/04] The site and landscape plans still have a couple of items that don't match the
utility plans. Please see redlines.
Number: 218 Created: 7/19/2004
[7/19/04] It is my understanding, from discussions with Ron Gonzales of PFA, that the
private drive to the west of this property that serves as a fire lane, has never been dedicated
as an emergency access easement. This needs to be corrected. Please provide a legal
description and deed of dedication for that private drive to be dedicated as an emergency
access easement.

All existing easements should be labeled with their reception number or book and page
information, and the new triangle of land added to the plat should have a note indicating its
reception number as well.
Number: 215 Created: 7/19/2004
[7/19/04]
Please remove note 3 referring to a maintenance agreement. The agreement was never
reached.
