This letter is in response to your comments to Mr. Steve Olt, City of Fort Collins Planning Department,
dated November 13, 2002 in regard to the Provincetowne PUD Filing #2 Replat. We have enclosed a
copy of the condo area site plan showing the building layout and the sanitary and water services. The
following information is also provided in response to your comments:
1. The total number of units has not changed from the original PUD. The number of units remains
as 141 multi -family units as previously approved with the PUD, April 2001.
2. Each building will be supplied with a separate water and sanitary tap and service.
3. We have enclosed a drawing showing the water and sanitary services including water meter
locations.
The proposed utility layout has not been modified from the original approved plan. With the current plan
the building eaves overhang the approved building envelopes. The replat is to incorporate the eaves
within the building envelopes. This will not affect the approved utility layout of design.
