The total number of proposed units cannot exceed the total number of units that were approved April 2001. A separate water and sanitary sewer tap is required for each building. A drawing is to be submitted for approval that identifies the water meter pit locations. Date: 3/13/2003 c/o David Miller, P.L.S. 8232 East Park Meadows Drive Littleton, CO. 80124 Staff has reviewed your submittal for PROVINCETOWNE PUD, 2ND FILING, REPLAT, and we offer the following comments: ISSUES: Department: Engineering Issue Contact: Sheri Wamhoff Topic: General Number: 11 Created: 9/30/2002 (9/30/02) See additional comments on the plans. 3/11/03 The right-of-way on Trilby Road needs to be identified as it is all existing (69.5 ft). The solid line defining the row that was dedicated by the 2nd filing plat needs to be removed. Number: 18 Created: 11 /25/2002 (11/25/02) What does General Note #2 mean? When were those easements vacated and how was that done? 3/11/03 - No response provided. Do not recall any prior vacations occurring on this site. How was this done and if the intent is that the easements are vacated with this plat, why is the note needed. Number: 21 Created: 11 /25/2002 (11/25/02) Need to meet with or talk with Technical Services regarding the plat and what needs to be done. They can be reached at (970)221-6588. They offer the following comments: 1. The 'Reception " # (P-124 2245) is NOT the County Receptions # it is an internal City reference #, Please remove. 2. The outer boundary of each block being replatted must be monumented. 3. We need to discuss how to show the changes to the building envelopes, etc. 4. All of Sheet 2 not needed - it is confusing. 5. Many problems. It appears as though the replat can be scheduled for an administrative public hearing in the near future. However, the above comments and concerns must be addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Be sure and return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit.
