18. The width of each parking space is nine feet typical and the depth of each parking space is
nineteen feet typical.
19. The sidewalk on the west side of the site adjacent to Mason street is new and will be six feet
in width as required by city standards.
20. We no longer intend to proceed with the design of the bridge that crosses the detention
pond.
26. For clarity the "existing conditions to be removed" have been show on the site plan.

The Pedersen Auto Plaza Expansion project was submitted to the City on March 21,2001. The
Comment Letter is dated April 27, 2001. The following is an explanation of how the issues from the
project comment sheet have been addressed.

3. Building Inspection Department - Rick Lee
A. The verification of the maximum allowable area per Table 5-B determined that a area
separation wall will be required on the south wall of the H-4 occupancy group. All
calculations were faxed on June 20, 2001 to Rick Lee for verification of the calculations
and a possible variance for the area separation wall.
4. Light & Power Department - Doug Martine
A. OK.
