Subject: Re: Pedersen Auto Plaza - Expansion
The reason that they should not be scheduled for hearing is that they don not have letters form the
adjacent property owners regarding the work to be done on their sites.
We are suppose to have letters of intent for any off -site easements or work prior to scheduling a project
for hearing. We don not have that that I am aware of.
I have no technical problems with their plans that can't be worked out after a hearing.
If you think we still need a meeting let me know

Sheri & Glen,
The applicant (Dana Lockwood) for the Pedersen Auto Plaza, Expansion project has requested a meeting
to go over outstanding issues, with the intent to go to the Planning and Zoning Board on September 17th.
I talked with Glen last evening and he indicated that Stormwater is OK with the item going to P&Z on the
aforementioned date. If a meeting is necessary to address Engineering concerns I would like schedule it
for tomorrow (Friday, August 24th) or sometime next Monday or Tuesday, August 27th or 28th.
Please let me know of the status and your availability.
