[7/9/07] Sheet C2.3 and D1.1 - Notes 4, 5, 6 need to be changed or
removed because the street curb cut has to be 2' to match the 2' sidewalk
chase. You can't neck it down in public row like that. You can on -site if
you like but not in the public street.

[7/9/07] Please make the few changes here and then submit the mylars for
signature. I've also attached a copy of the Development Agreement
Information sheet for your clients to fill out so we can finish the project up.
Do you know if they are going straight to construction or will they be
holding off for awhile? The reason I'm asking is because they'll need to do a
DCP and put up their letter of credit or bonds and pay their inspection fees
before they can start work on the site. Let me know what their timing is so I
can tell you when and what to submit. Thanks.

have any questions.
[3/20/07] Please visit with JR in tech services to discuss the scannability of
the plan set.
[10/31/061 Most sheets have scanning problems and in some cases, can
not be reviewed due to the overlapped labeling.
[10/4/06] Final Compliance: Please see Appendix E6 for all scanning
requirements and bring the plan sets up to standard.

[7/9/07] Sorry, I know this is a late comment but I only just now noticed
that the title on the top of the plans is backwards. It needs to read "Utility
Plans for" on the first line and then "Rigden Farm Filing No. 13" for the
second line. Also, you can take this heading off each of the following sheets
because it's not necessary. You've got the title block on the side and that's
fine. : ) Thanks.

Sheet 2.3 and make the correction on all sheets where applicable.
