[6/ 12 / 07] ( Repeat comment) [3/27/071 Show electric and gas lines on overall utility plan. [11/ 1/061 Will there be conflicts between curb stops/meter pits and electric or gas? Number: 187 Created: 7/ 12/2007 [7/ 12/07] Revise the water service and fire line to the west building so that the meter is on the domestic service and not on the fire line. Number: 188 Created: 7/ 12/2007 [7/ 12/07] Please email a PDF of the overall utility plan for review prior to plotting mylars. (Send to: rbuffington@fcgov.com) Be sure and return all red -lined plans when you submit the mylars. Yours Truly, Steve Olt City Planner cc: Susan Joy Planning & Zoning file #56-98AR Page 3 Number: 181 Created: 7/ 9 / 2007 [7/9/07] Sheet C2.3 and D1.1 - Notes 4, 5, 6 need to be changed or removed because the street curb cut has to be 2' to match the 2' sidewalk chase. You can't neck it down in public row like that. You can on -site if you like but not in the public street. Number: 182 Created: 7 / 9 / 2007 [7/9/07] Sheet C2.9 - the shading will not scan ... it'll just disappear. Do you need it or can you just take it out? Number: 183 Created: 7 / 9 / 2007 [7/9/07] Please make the few changes here and then submit the mylars for signature. I've also attached a copy of the Development Agreement Information sheet for your clients to fill out so we can finish the project up. Do you know if they are going straight to construction or will they be holding off for awhile? The reason I'm asking is because they'll need to do a DCP and put up their letter of credit or bonds and pay their inspection fees before they can start work on the site. Let me know what their timing is so I can tell you when and what to submit. Thanks. Topic: Utility Plans -General Number: 34 Created: 10 / 4 / 2006 [7/9/07] Just a few scanning issues remain. I've highlighted them in pink - please see redlines. You did a GREAT job with this round ... thanks! [6/ 13/07] Still some minor scanning issues. Please see tech services if you have any questions. [3/20/07] Please visit with JR in tech services to discuss the scannability of the plan set. [10/31/061 Most sheets have scanning problems and in some cases, can not be reviewed due to the overlapped labeling. [10/4/06] Final Compliance: Please see Appendix E6 for all scanning requirements and bring the plan sets up to standard. Topic: Plat Number: 186 [7/ 11/07] From Technical Services: Issue Contact: Susan Joy Created: 7 / 9 / 2007 Fix that and you're golden! Created: 7/ 11 /2007 1. Boundary and legal close using record measurements. 2. See typos in legal and curve table. 3. It is hard to figure out what easements are being vacated by this plat and where they are located. Is there a way to clarify? Topic: Site Plan Number: 185 Created: 7 / 9 / 2007 [7/9/07] Just a couple of line -over -text labels ... fix those and you're done! Topic: Utility Plans Number: 179 Created: 7 / 9 / 2007 [7/9/07] Sorry, I know this is a late comment but I only just now noticed that the title on the top of the plans is backwards. It needs to read "Utility Plans for" on the first line and then "Rigden Farm Filing No. 13" for the second line. Also, you can take this heading off each of the following sheets because it's not necessary. You've got the title block on the side and that's fine. : ) Thanks. Number: 180 Created: 7 / 9 / 2007 [7/9/07] Use a dark line weight for all proposed labeling. See red -lines on Sheet 2.3 and make the correction on all sheets where applicable. Page 1
