At this moment in fact, I am reviewing the landscape plan that T-Mobile produced that includes both T-Mobile's and King Soopers trees. This plan set will be referenced on the King Sooper's plan and I will make sure that the irrigation is addressed on the plans. Thanks, Anne >>> Gary Lopez 2/22/2008 10:40 AM >>> I just heard from Terry (?) of King Soopers in Denver. Over the past couple of mos. he has been able to determine that the 9 trees in question were actually planted at the time of the expansion but later died and removed. He has been in contact with Bob Perry and will get a letter from him stating that Perry will replant replacing the 9 trees in conjunction with the cell tower project. I also asked that the letter state that irrigation will be a part of that installation. I don't know if the original plantings had either a perm. or temporary irrigation system. The question is whether the entire grassed area to be irrigated or just the trees. I don't think the orig. landscape plan was specific. My guess that due to the location that the owner/manager will not want to take care of watering and cutting the grass. At minimum there needs to be an perm. irrigation system for the trees due to the heat factor behind the building and next to the asphalt and docking areas. file:HC:\Documents and Settings\AAspen\Local Settings\Temp\GW}00001.HTM 2/25/2008
