Thanks for copying me on the new layout. Engineering is ready for hearing too. >>> David Averill 01/12/07 7:42 AM >>> Thanks Don. This looks good. We will still be looking for some sort of pavement marking or demarcation where the route passes the drive aisle but that can be ironed out at final plan. From my perspective your ready for hearing. —DA >>> "Don Tiller" <dontillerl(a)comcast.net> 1/11/2007 1:55 PM >>> Steve, David and Susan, Thanks for taking the time yesterday to discuss alternatives to address David's concern with the trail design through the center of the Rigden Farm development. Attached is a pdf with a redesign that I believe meets the requirements we discussed. The center parking lot drive aisle across the trail has been eliminated, the trail has been widened to 8', and the east portion of the trail has a better transition to align with the Iowa Drive street crossing. Please review and with your reply let me know if this is acceptable and allows us to proceed with public hearing. If you need more detail let me know. Steve - we will be discussing whether we want to take this before P&Z hearing rather than only an administrative review on Monday. I'll let you know what we decide. thanks....
