See attached - Eric Bracke has waived requirement for The Center at Rigden Farm TIS copies. Susan Joy did
the same for the soils report when I spoke with her - I'm assuming she is following up with you on that.

Eric,
I will be submitting The Center at Rigden Farm FDP application Wednesday.
Our PDP application was approved by P&Z last month. Do you need me to submit copies of the TIA? There
have been no changes in the TIA since the PDP approval. Please let me know - no sense in making copies if
you don't need them. Steve has told me that if you do not require it he will remove it from the checklist.
