This is a comment regarding the final review plat for the above -referenced
project. The review copy shows the owner of the land as Ladco Properties, LLC.
The current owner of the underlying parcel is Rigden Farm, LLC. As stated in the
staff comments, the assumption is that the land will be transferred to Ladco
Properties, LLC before the final plat is recorded. If not, Rigden Farm, LLC will
have to sign the plat as owner.
