Tiller, Manager 4714 Valley Ridge Court Fort Collins, CO 80526 Subject: Rigden Farm, Fourteenth Filing - Final Plan Approval Dear Mr. Tiller, The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request dated June 28, 2011 for a one year extension to the Rigden Farm, Fourteenth Filing - Final Plan - #56-98AS, originally approved on August 31, 2007. Based on this extension, all engineering improvements in accordance with your approved utility plans must be completed no later than August 31, 2012. Pursuant to Section 2.2.11(D)(4) of the Land Use Code, the Director is authorized to grant two (2) successive one-year extensions. This is your second one-year extension request, with the first being approved by the Director on April 27, 2010. Any additional one-year extensions may be approved only by the Planning and Zoning Board.
