Comcast Cable will require a completed contract with our Commercial Accounts
Executive, Reneta Santroro, before we can build to this complex.
Also as we discussed in the meeting we will need to have 2- inch conduits run through
the building to communication rooms so that the length of the service lines are 125 feet or
less.

[4/13/05] Water services have been changed. Sewer servcices to duplex and triplex units
must be revised as previously noted (i.e. separate service for each unit from unit to public
sewer main.
[2/25/05] Provide separate water/sewer services for each unit in the duplexes and the
triplex. The water services may be split at the normal curb stop location with individual curb
stops and meter pits installed for each unit at that point (use the City detail). The sewer
services for each unit must be separate to the public sewer main.

[4/12/05] Stubbed out facilities need to be coordinated with the construction of the
surrounding streets.
[2/22/05] Please coordinate the construction of facilities that serve this development with he
construction of Iowa Drive, it is recommended that stub outs be done for this project by the
contractor building the Iowa Drive storm sewer in order to minimize future street cuts.

[4/12/05] Please include a section in the narrative part of the report regarding what flows
were directed to what basin, and how these relate to the flows assumed by the Rigden
Farms 6th Filing model.
[2/22/05] The report calculates percent of imperviousness for this site. However no
comparison is made to what percentages were used in the modeling of Rigden Farm Filing 6
which is the most up to date model for this area. Please provide tables in text of report what
was assumed in the Filing 6 model and discuss how this site fits within those modeling
criteria. Check for flows from this site and compare to flows accounted for in the Rigden
Filing 6 drainage model.

[4/15/05] The coordination with JR Engineering to have utilities installed and ensure street
cuts are minimized/prevented on Limon and Iowa Drive is appreciated. Please also
verify/coordinate the curb and gutter installation to ensure that curb and gutter does not
have to be removed (with possible street cuts resulting) in order to have the access ramps
poured with this project.
