Director of Current Planning Pete Wray reviewed the Consent and Discussion Agendas: Consent Agenda: 1. Minutes of the April 21, 2005 Planning and Zoning Board Hearing. 2. Resolution PZ05-04 — Easement Dedication. 3. Resolution PZ05-05 — Easement Vacation. 4. #56-98AB Rigden Farm, 11th Filing, Spectrum Independent Living — Project Development Plan. 5. #18-05 Kingdom Hall Annexation and Zoning. Discussion Agenda: 6. #13-05 Sunrise Ridge Annexation and Zoning. 7. Member Schmidt moved to approve Consent Agenda items 1 through 5. Member Torgerson seconded the motion. The motion was approved 6-0.
