Steve,
As you know we are approaching the deadline, July 17, to respond and
submit revisions for the C-store (based on receiving comments on April
17 - +/-90 days). We have been working out the access issue with Eric
Bracke and our traffic engineer. This issue is going to have impacts to
Sykes Drive and we believe we do have a solution that he will accept.
Nonetheless, we are not going to be able to make the submittal in time
and would like to request an extension.
Let me know if you need an official letter from us requesting the
extension or if this will suffice.
