have reviewed the recently submitted traffic study for the Storybook development. I have sent comments
regarding the TIS back to Martina Wilkensen for revisions. In general, the traffic projections used for the
Vine/Lemay intersection (APF) were too low and did not account for all of the other approved
developments in the area.
