building on this property is the 10' x 12' Tuff Shed, which is inside the 8' high

foundation plantings are not required. oK
of Section 3.2.1(E)(6) -Screening of the Land Use Code. Areas of low visual
interest or visually intrusive site elements must be screened with landscaping,
fences and walls, topographic changes, and/or building elements. This site will

the base of the fence on the outside along the two adjacent streets. A detail of
the proposed fence must be provided for review. Chain link fence (with or
without slats) cannot be used for screening purposes. TAB fr^cz 6 rlof akr;, /A/r.
