This completes staff comments at this time. This development request is subject to
the 90-day revision re -submittal as set forth in Section 2.2.11(A) of the Land Use
Code. However, since the item may be scheduled for an administrative public hearing it
may not be necessary to re -submit plans prior to that date (yet to be determined). It
is possible that changes/revisions in response to this comment letter could be
addressed with the Final Compliance submittal. If the applicant does re -submit at this
time please be sure and return all of the redlined plans with the re -submittal.

The 30-foot long 3-inch diameter pipe will most likely clog within a short period of
