On Wednesday, January 22, 2003, at 5:00 p.m. (or as soon as possible thereafter), in
the conference room of the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department, 281 North
College Avenue, Fort Collins, Co., 80524, the City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing
Officer will conduct an Administrative hearing for a development proposal in your
neighborhood. The project is known as Evergreen Park, Scott's Auto Recovery, PDP
— Type I, File #15-02.
Request for an existing storage yard for autos, police impound vehicles and towed
vehicles. The property is located at 1319 Blue Spruce Drive (southwest corner of Red
Cedar Circle and Blue Spruce Drive) in Evergreen Park. The site is approximately 1.82
acres in size and is zoned I, Industrial.
If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to
attend this public hearing. At the hearing you will have the opportunity to hear from the
City staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be
given the opportunity to state your views about the project.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
