The Project Development Plan for Lots 17 and 18, Block 4, Evergreen Park, City of Fort
Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado is to have a storage yard for auto storage and a storage
yard for police impound of vehicles and for towed vehicle storage.
The project has been fenced and there is presently storage of vehicles. There is an existing
8 foot high steel fence around the site except along the West and South portion of the police impound
area.
The landscape plan has street trees along Red Cedar Circle and Blue Spruce Drive. The
proposed sidewalk on both streets is detached. The fence along Red Cedar Circle is set back from
the property line 20.00 feet and the fence along Blue Spruce Drive is set back from the property line
55.00 feet.
