Development Review STEP 6 — Submit Final Plans and Submit Building Permit Application
Dear Ms. Aspen,
I received the July 15, 2008 Findings, Conclusions and Decision for the Verizon Wireless
Type 1 Administrative Hearing conducted on July 10, 2008. Verizon Wireless shall comply with the
condition stated by the Hearing Officer by ensuring the generator located in the equipment building
operates only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Please find enclosed, as required by Development Review Step Six, the following submittal
materials:
1). Signed Application Form
2). Five complete full-sized plan sets
3). Name and address of each owner of property within the boundaries of the development
plan area: Robert Perry, Cedarwood Plaza, LLC/No.1, a Colorado Limited Liability
Company, 6500 South Quebec Street, Suite 300 Englewood, CO 801M (303) 741-6644
4). Review fee in the amount of $1000.00
