DATE: Wednesday, June 21, 2006 APPLICANT: Mikal Torgerson and Troy Jones, MTA Architects CITY PLANNER: Anne Aspen The Applicant is proposing a vet clinic and 2 speculative office buildings. The meeting started at about 6:30pm. After a brief introduction and overview by the Applicant, the following: QUESTIONS, CONCERNS, COMMENTS, 1. Question: How close will this be to the warehouse and irrigation ditch? Answer: The vet clinic will be 25-30 feet from the warehouse and 100 feet from the ditch, since there is a buffer. 2. Question: Why do you show water going to the NE? It actually goes E and then across Timberline. Answer: There may be a surveying error. No changes are proposed offsite. 3. Comment: As long as they don't keep me up at night, it's fine with me. 4. Comment: No problems with proposed. We've been hoping for an improvement for years. 5. Question: What will the hours of operation be? Answer: We will close no later than 6pm most nights. We will have occasional days when we stay open until 8pm. 6. Comment: This project will probably cut down on noise from Harmony. 1
