Department: Stormwater-Water-Wastewater Issue Contact: Basil Harridan Topic: Easements Number: 65 Created: 7/16/2007 [7/16/071 An easement is needed from the Gerrard property for the outfall storm line, the sanitary sewer line as well as for the construction of the 42 inch Warren Lake Outfall irrigation pipe. - A license agreement will need to be secured from the railroad company for the outfall sewers, from the point where they leave the Gerrard property to where they connect into a public system - Approval of the owners of the Warren Lake outfall ditch is needed for the planned outlet ditch piping and relocation. These letters of intent should be secured prior to hearing. A license agreement should be secured for the section of the sanitary line that is located within the railroad right of way for maintenance and operation of that line. The license should be granted to the benefit of the City of Fort Collins. Please specify the owners of the 20 foot "ditch easement" shown on the plat. The easement should be labeled as an irrigation easement and dedicated to the Warren Lake Reservoir Company. Please designate all areas outside of building envelopes as a drainage, access and utility easement. The pipe seems to be exposed close to the outlet point, please shorten pipe or provide cover. Please specify how the disturbed areas during construction of off -site improvements will be re -vegetated. Show pipe 100 year HGL on profile sheets. The basin hydrology summary table should include basin size and runoff coefficient, as well as 2 and 100 year flows. Provide notes on profile sheets, for pipe maintenance, material, joints, inspection. Please provide a detail for the proposed drainage pans.
