Topic: Easements
Number: 65 Created: 7/16/2007
[7/16/071 An easement is needed from the Gerrard property for the outfall storm line, the
sanitary sewer line as well as for the construction of the 42 inch Warren Lake Outfall
irrigation pipe.
- A license agreement will need to be secured from the railroad company for the outfall
sewers, from the point where they leave the Gerrard property to where they connect into a
public system
- Approval of the owners of the Warren Lake outfall ditch is needed for the planned outlet
ditch piping and relocation.
These letters of intent should be secured prior to hearing.
A license agreement should be secured for the section of the sanitary line that is located
within the railroad right of way for maintenance and operation of that line. The license
should be granted to the benefit of the City of Fort Collins.
Please specify the owners of the 20 foot "ditch easement" shown on the plat. The easement
should be labeled as an irrigation easement and dedicated to the Warren Lake Reservoir
Company.
Please designate all areas outside of building envelopes as a drainage, access and utility
easement.
