TITLE NOTES: The Estates of Merle G. Payne and E. Milton Payne conveyed
title by Personal Representative Deed (Rec. Nos. 85060799,
85060800, and 85060801, dated 11/15/1985) to Donald H.
McMahen. All minerals and royalties were reserved for a
period of ten (10) years from the effective date of the deeds.
As such, 100% title to the mineral estate conveyed to Mr.
McMahen on 11/15/1996. No other mineral reservations were
found from this date up to 07/26/2007. Therefore, and for the
purpose of this report, it is assumed that Kevin W. Frazier
holds complete title to the mineral estate.
