Item 1 --- Due to existing site constraints this statement is not possible. Historically the southern
property has accepted the entire developments historic runoff. A storm drainage system has been
designed to capture the majority of the runoff but there is still a small landscaped portion of the
development that will be undetained and will flow to the southern property. This surface flow is
much less than historic. It is not possible to grade in a Swale and direct the small amount of
runoff to the proposed storm line or to route to the ponds.
