RE: College and Trilby Annexation, located in Sl 1, T6N R69W
Dear Mr. Olt:
This letter acknowledges receipt of the Petition and Annexation Plat for the above
proposed annexation to the City of Fort Collins. This week, staff from the Larimer
County Planning, Engineering and Health Departments met and reviewed these materials.
The property at 6541 S. College Ave. received several variances and has an open building
permit for a commercial shell building. Please contact the Larimer County Chief
Building Official, 498-7700, regarding permit status prior to finalizing the annexation.
Also, Larimer County Planning Dept. has an open zoning violation investigation
regarding the billboard on US Hwy 287, which may have been altered during recent
construction.
