After conceptual review Karen Manci of the City of Fort Collins Natural Resources Department brought to my attention that this site has recorded raptor activity since 1994. Attached are the records of sightings for this site. Due to this information the City of Fort Collins Natural Resources Department will require a raptor survey of the site. The survey will need to determine what activities are currently taking place, i.e., day use and night roosting. This survey will help determine what uses are appropriate for the site. Also, the survey will help determine the level of mitigation, if mitigation is necessary. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to call me at (970) 221-6641. 281 N. College Ave. • P.O.
