By now you have received from Elliot Megdal's office our letter of termination. With great regret
we were unable to get Albertson's to "step up" and commit to the referenced site.
On behalf of my partners, I want to thank you for your assistance, cooperation, patience and
teamwork you displayed throughout the past 9 + months. You certainly performed above the
normal standards landowners do. I appreciated the opportunity to use your consultant's
services as well.
