(Plat page 1 & 2) —
1) Boundary Closes — Cogo check will be done at Final submittal before Mylars.
2) Change the name of the subdivision — Comment has been addressed.
3) Minor text line problem, see red lines — Could not find any red lines for this
comment, Could not address.
4) Identify on Plat how the streets were dedicated - Response from King Surveyors —
Comment has been addressed. Plat and recording information has been provided
for all adjacent dedicated Right -of -Way.
Page 4 of City comments, Topic: Fire, Number 7:
(Plat page 2) — Emergency Access for building E and F, and possibly building D, is
considered to be out of access range for emergency vehicles. Buildings must either
equipped with automatic sprinklers or the private drive to these buildings will be created
as an access & Emergency Access Easement. — Info from North Star needed to address
comment - Response from King Surveyors — Building E, F & G will be equipped
with automatic sprinklers.
Red Line Plat Comments (8/7/2007) :
No new comments were found in the Red line drawings from staff review. All plat
comments were contained within the written staff project review letter and have been
addressed.

Plat page 2) Show existing, recorded PSCO and Irrigation easements - Response from
King Surveyors — Comment has been addressed. The previously platted Public
Service Company of Colorado easement at Reception No. 99091141 and the
Irrigation easement at Reception No. 2002009350 have been added to the plat.

King Surveyors — Comment has been addressed. The previously platted Public
Service Company of Colorado easement at Reception No. 99091141 and the
Irrigation easement at Reception No. 2002009350 have been added to the plat.

(Plat page 1 & 2) - It has been Request by City comments that a note be added to the plat
to further define the existing easements to be vacated by this plat with the exception of
the PSCO & Irrigation easement - Response from King Surveyors — Comment has
been addressed. The following note has been added to plat sheet 1 & 2.
EASEMENT VACATION NOTE:
Shown on the attached map as embraced within the heavy exterior lines thereon, do
hereby vacate the previously platted easements and have replatted the same as
shown on the attached map with the following Exceptions:
It. is not the intent of this plat to relocate, vacate or otherwise effect the easements
previously created for Public Service Company of Colorado, recorded at Reception
No. 99091141 or the Irrigation easement, recorded at Reception No. 2002009350 by
Fossil Lake PDP Fourth Filing as recorded in the records of the Larimer County
Clerk and Recorder on March 26, 2004 at Reception No. 20040027741. These
easements will remain in the previously platted locations and will provide the same
benefits as they were previously intended to provide.

from King Surveyors — Comment has been addressed. Plat and recording
information has been provided for all adjacent dedicated Right -of -Way.
Red Line Plat Comments:
Plat page 1 & 2) Change plat name — Response from King Surveyors — Comment has
been addressed. The name of the subdivision has been revised to read as follows
"Fossil Lake PDP Fourth Filing, First Replat".
Plat page 1) Update Statement of Ownership and Subdivision with revised subdivision
name - Response from King Surveyors — Comment has been addressed. The name
of the subdivision has been revised to read "Fossil Lake PDP Fourth Filing, First
Replat'.
