As indicated near the end of that letter, please return any red -lined plans you may still have when you submit Final Plans. Steve >>> Brad Massey <bmassey@aller-lingle.com> 9/14/2007 1:41 PM >>> Thanks for the explanation. I will get these sets to you early next week. I'm assuming that since no staff comments/conditions came out of the public hearing then we can just resubmit the revised plat that I gave you just before the hearing. Brad Steve Olt wrote: > Brad, > The 4 copies given to Sheri and the 2 copies to me were for preparation for the upcoming administrative public hearing for the Project Development Plan (PDP) phase of City development review. The second step in the City's 2-phase review process is Final Compliance Plan submittal. For that submittal, now that the public hearing has been held, you need to submit 7 subdivision plats, 5 utility plan sets, and 2 drainage reports, along with the Planning & Zoning application for Final Plan w/subdivision plat; and, the Transportation Development Review Fee (TDRF) application. The required amounts for both the Planning & Zoning fee and the TDRF - Final Plans were paid with your PDP submittal. Therefore, no more fees need to be provided. Also, Final Plan review is administrative and approved by the Director of Engineering and the Director of Planning, with no public hearing. > Steve > >>> Brad Massey <bmassev(&aller-lingle.com> 9/12/2007 4:09 PM >>> > Thanks for checking into it. Unless I hear otherwise from one of you, I'm assuming those four revised copies will suffice for Sheri and whoever else needs to review the plat. > Brad > Steve Olt wrote: > > I gave 4 copies of the plat to Sheri and kept 2 copies for the administrative public hearing, which took place last Thursday, September 6th. I gave them all to Steve Olt the same day I received the MA revisions. The minor amendment just involved the architectural plans, and the plat is not part of that process. You should probably contact Steve Olt if you need clarification regarding the Type 1 process for the plat. We're basically done with the minor amendment, just pending the completion of the Type 1 process. Thanks. > > Peter.
