Arrange for the room and email hearing officer to schedule Email City Staff and applicant with date, time, and location. Make sure the labels are available. V• Instruct the applicant to get me 2 copies of most recent plans. One for me and one for officer. Also prompt them to get digital or scannable PMTs to Richael a week before hearing. • Prepare staff report. Follow LUC on process and refer to similar reports from previous projects. Find in DMS • If outside Admin (Linda Michow), copy file. e- Get Staff report to Cameron one week prior to delivering to Hearing Officer. Get to Hearing officer one week prior to hearing. Get any photos, plans, etc. from applicant to Richael to prepare one week prior to hearing. • Day of Hearing: make sign -in sheet, copy staff report, prepare short summary, get recorder set up and make sure slides are up. • Attend Hearing. Be prepared to make brief presentation. Provide sign-up sheet. • Hearing Officer has 10 days to make decision. • Once Richael receives the findings and decision she has 3 days to send to the applicant and attendees of the meeting. She'll then give the decision to me. • Mark folder with decision and date.
