Dear Ms. Aspen,
My firm is a real estate consultant to Verizon Wireless (VAW) LLC, d/b/a Verizon Wireless
("Verizon Wireless's and related entities and partnerships. Verizon Wireless is seeking approval
from the City of Ft Collins Current Planning Department to collocate on a 50-foot T-Mobile stealth
canister monopole. According to the City of Ft Collins Planning Staff, Verizon Wireless must obtain
Wireless Telecommunication Equipment (Co -Location) Review approval in order to proceed with
the installation
The property is located at 1015 South Taft Hill Road, Ft Collins, CO 80521. T-Mobile is
currently working with the City of Ft Collins to approve the proposed 50-foot canister monopole at
the rear of the King Soopers-anchored shopping mall. Verizon Wireless proposes to locate a ten -
foot canister on the proposed monopole at 40-feet in height — just below T-Mobile's canister. The
exterior appearance of the T-Mobile telecommunication facility will not change with the addition of
the Verizon Wireless canister. An 11'-8" x 26' Verizon Wireless equipment shelter will be located
just north of and adjacent to T-Mobile's shelter at the rear of the shopping mall.
Enclosed are the following documents, which constitute Verizon Wireless's
application for Wireless Telecommunication Equipment (Co -Location) Review:
(1) Development Review Application form and fee;
(2) Transportation Development Review Application and fee;
(3) One list of mailing labels for all owners of record of real property within 800' of the
subject property and one copy of the labels;
(4) Legal Description of property (2 copies);
(5) Planning Objective (10 copies);
(6) Architectural Elevations and Site Plan (10 copies).
