aforesaid deeds being of the Records of Larimer County and all parcels being situate in the
Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4SW 1/4) of Section Thirty-six (36), Township
Eight North (T.8N.), Range Sixty-nine West (R.69W.), Sixth Principal Meridian (6th P.M.), City of
Fort Collins, County of Latimer, State of Colorado, the multiple parcels being described as a whole
