We can get you a copy of the plat and a set of utility plans for the North College Marketplace, Wetlands PDP. We
will also get you the plat and utility plans for the North College Marketplace, Filing 2 PDP (shopping center) when
it is re -submitted.

Hi, I notice that ROW is not marked as getting a set of plans and we are working on this project for the

Tuesday - 1-2:30 pm, 405 pm
Thursday - 8 - 11:30 am
Friday - 8-9:30 am, 11:30 am - 1 pm

The applicant submitted revisions for the North College Marketplace, Wetlands PDP yesterday, January
21 st. After talking with Eric Holsapple this morning I am aware that the revised plans apparently show
"necessary" site grading on the entire 28 acre site. Eric would like to meet with us next week, before the
item is discussed at staff review on February 4th, to get our opinions on the revised plans and determine if
there are foreseeable problems. Please give me 2 - 3 date & time options for next week so that I can
schedule the meeting.

My schedule next week is as follows:
Monday: okay afternoon only
Tuesday: okay except from 3 to 5
Wednesday: okay except from 3 to 5
Thursday: okay before 10am and after 3:30
Friday: okay morning and after 3:OOpm
