Subject: DCP issuance for Fort Collins Brewery and North College Marketplace 1st Filing
Development construction permits were issued today (8/28/09) for the projects outlined below. Additional
information and contact lists for each project are available upon request:
Fort Collins Brewery (Permit #09-13)
Located on the northwest corner of Lincoln Avenue and Lemay Avenue, this project will build a new
location for the existing brewery. Apex Engineering is the engineering firm for the project with Boyd
Excavating serving as the general contractor. Wayne Lenard is the assigned construction inspector.
North College Marketplace 1st Filing (Permit #09-14)
Located on the northeast corner of College Avenue and Willox Lane, this project permits the construction
of wetland and utility improvements on the property in anticipation of the construction of a King Soopers,
which is to be entitled with North College Marketplace 2nd Filing. Ayers Associates is the engineering firm
for the project with Connell Resources serving as the general contractor. Dan Peterson is the assigned
construction inspector.
