These items came up when Christina called for a meeting with the Environmental Planner and Stormwater. The Wetlands list and King Soopers were just draft comments that Christina left in that format. I do have the following comments and questions about your punch list under "Stormwater Items": 1. No has contacted us about lowering the storm sewer and we heard from the design engineer that it may happen next week (After May 1.). So the dates in your solution will be different. 2. This is a Natural Resources issue so Erica will need to comment on whether it is OK to wait until the 3rd growing season. I am not a wetland specialist but there is a lot of water in the pond, I'm not sure it will have a chance to grow. 3. We received the latest plan revision about noon today so will have to review it. Again I don't think it will be completed in two and a half days. 4. The remaining scour stop is under water so I assume that is why it is not installed yet. I doubt the water will drop fast enough to complete that in 2 and a half days. 5. The pans are holding water whether or not they were installed correctly. At the meeting there was a discussion on how to get them to drain. Standing water is not acceptable in the water quality pond. There are standard paragraphs in development agreements that address standing water. 6. The discussion concerning the water seepage at the meeting was that the developer would be working with the ditch company on how to address the seepage. Has that been done? If so what was the resolution? 7. The time line indicated will be longer to get steps in the manhole. 8. There is so much water in the pond it will be quite a while before the trash rack and orifice plate can be installed. 9. Again the time line seems off on installing the plates but this one may be possible except for the ones under water. Also Blaine I called you with a question on how long you and Eric will have the contractor be responsible for the water quality pond. The Wetland mitigation plan isn't real clear on that. We do not know what your contract with King Soopers says concerning the water quality pond. Erica may be commenting on the other items. I tried to call you to discuss these comments but you weren't available to I'll send them. See sample pictures below taken a day after the rain had stopped .
