Wanda,
Have the AIS's for the Thorland Annexations No. 1 & No. 2 already been printed? Attached are "revised"
AIS's with a "boxed" paragraph in the Executive Summary addressing Mr. Ohlson's request. Please let me
know if this approach is acceptable. I would think that dealing with this on the February 19th meeting
would be sufficient.

The following is from today's Leadership lunch minutes......
Wanda
"Mayor Pro Tern Ohlson asked that in the case of proposed annexation and zoning items, there be a
statement in the Agenda Item Summary that gives the "bottom line". Does the annexation meet all
criteria, are there any issues or controversies that Councilmembers need to be aware of? Are there any
concerns or disconnects with current City policies that might come up in relation to this property?"
Steve....... resolutions initiating the Thorland Annexation Nos. 1 & 2 are scheduled on the Consent Agenda
for the January 15 meeting. I suppose you need to add something to the AISs for those two items,
although it would make more sense to add that informtion to the AISs when the annexation and zoning are
considered on February 19. Your call. Please let me know.
Thanks.
Wanda
