January 15 Agenda 1. Item #15 (Cameron Gloss) --what is PVH doing to minimize the impact of its proposed (and approved) development on the neighborhood? 2. #17/#18 Annexation Proceedings (Steve Olt) --please include in the first part of the AIS a bottom line statement that expresses to Council: does the proposed annexation meet all of the criteria and is a routine application; or, if there are any issues, grey areas, or potential controversies, please provide that information.
