The property is undeveloped; however, a supermarket -anchored shopping center is being proposed. The parcel is approximately 27 acres in size and zoned CCN, Community Commercial North College. The property is developed and improved with an existing building that features a 4,400 square foot office and a 21,000 square foot warehouse featuring dock -high loading and overhead doors.
