With the information you provided we will need one check for $7,394.75 when you bring in the final submittal. Here is how that breaks down. TDRF for PDP total (per below) 23,902.75 TDRF for PDP paid 18,508.00 Amount owed for TDRF for PDP 5,394.75 Additional fees for final submittal Planning final submittal fee 1,000.00 TDRF FDP (final) submittal fee 1,000.00 Total amount owed $7,394.75 As I indicated this can be provided as one check when you submit the final plans.
