I had a chance to talk with Steve and so here is what we will need.
With the information you provided we will need one check for $7,394.75 when you bring in the final submittal.

Here are the current calculations we are using to assess our Transportation
Development Review Fee. My new numbers are:
Common area SF at $.25 per SF = $14,382.75
Flat Fee = $2,000.00
57 Dwelling Units x $115.00 = $6,555.00
Acreage Fee 3.86 x $250.00 = $ 965.00
Total Fee = $23,902.75
I owe a balance of ????????????
