It would not appear that way to me. With the diagonal layout I do see that one underground tank appears to cross over the south property line. Could that encroachment be worked out with the property owner? The car movement through the diagonal layout option would appear to be more awkward than either of the "straight forward" options. I will be looking forward to comments from other City staff people. Steve Olt City Project Planner >>> "Mike Cerbo" <MikeCerbo@gallowayus.com> 9/20/2007 2:54 PM >>> Mr. Olt - As discussed at the recent pre-app meeting, attached are three PDFs pertaining to the proposed fuel center on the SW corner of Taft Hill & Elizabeth, per staff request. The files show truck access from the both of the proposed access points and an alternative site layout with a skewed canopy. As you can see, fuel trucks can access and circulate the site when entering from either ingress area. Unfortunately, a rotated canopy can not accommodate proper separation between the fuel dispensing stations and the curb line to provide for proper vehicle circulation. Please review these files and provide us with your feedback. Ultimately, it is our goal to have staffs approval and move forward with an official planning submittal. Thanks,
