Karen,
The Meadowview Assisted Living Campus is on the west side of South College Avenue near the
intersection with Carpenter Road. Triangle Drive (the entry into the relatively new Shenandoah residential
development) is the south property line, Fossil Creek Nursery is directly to the north, the Shenandoah
neighborhood is directly to the west, and South College Avenue is the east property line. There are no
existing buildings / structures on the subject property. The historic (preserved) Deines barn is within the
existing neighborhood park on the south side (other side) of Triangle Drive.

Hi, Steve - I'm not familiar with this project. Can you tell me where its located at, and do you know of any
older buildings or structures involved? Thanks - Karen
