Dear Kevin.
Please accept this as a letter of intent to grant a Temporary Construction Easement that
extends 5 ft. (five feet) onto our property, Larimer Comity parcel #87050-00=0 11 , where
it is adjacent to Timberline Road. Be it known that this letter of intent shall not have any
legal affect on or obligation to either party herein. This letter of intent shall be for a
period of one year from the above date unless extended in writing.
