Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on
Thursday, September 20, 2007, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council
Chambers", City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public
hearing on a development proposal in your neighborhood. The proposed
development is commonly known as the Collinwood North, Major
Amendment, #24-07.
This is a request for a new 28,032 square foot L-shaped building, known
as Collinwood North, which will be located at the southwest corner of
and front on South Lemay Avenue and Rule Drive. The new building,
containing personal & business service shops, would be on about 2.7
acres of the existing Collinwood Assisted Care campus. Parking would be
located to the south and west of the building, with an access drive to
Rule Drive and to the existing parking for the Collinwood Assisted Care
Community to the south. The property is in the HC - Harmony Corridor
Zoning District.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived
from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental
situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please
feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors
may have the opportunity to attend.
