Dear Mr. Olt:
The Final Utility Plans and Final Plat for the Plaza at Pavilion Lane were provided
to Fischer & Fischer, LLP, by Shear Engineering Corporation on Thursday, December 20,
2007. The plans have been reviewed by Larimer County Canal No. 2 Irrigating Company
representatives. There does not appear to be any issues of concern with this project to the
Larimer County Canal No. 2 Irrigating Company.
The Larimer County Canal No. 2 Irrigating Company reserves the right to further
review the final plans and final plat and will be an approval authority of the Final Utility
Plans. The project will be subject to certain conditions by the Larimer County Canal No. 2
Irrigating Company.
Approval of the plans will be verification that all conditions of the Larimer County
Canal No. 2 Irrigating Company have been met. /)
